Naxxramas is planned to be more of an entry level raid dungeon in Wrath of the Lich King and not the hardest dungeon in the game, so things will be a little different this time around. We have not made a final decision on an attunement yet, we like having special quest lines available and such, but we also like having content be more available to players.

Yes, we are opening the game up so more people can enjoy it. As an early raid dungeon there isn't a big reason to block a lot of people from just getting to it. the challenges for hardcore players will remain as it is a big dungeon that will not be easy to get all the way through and the hardcore players can push into the higher content from there.
